Training Systems
A conventional respiratory protection training gallery comprises of an exercise room, the training course itself and a control room.
The exercise room can be outfitted with all kinds of equipment, e.g. treadmill or the endless ladder, to suit individual requirements. Each piece of equipment offers a variety of exercise options, is linked to a computer network and can be continuously controlled and monitored from the control room. The exercise part of the training programme is designed to verify the participants’ level of physical fitness, the most fundamental precondition for participation in the other parts of the training course. Dräger software can then be used to programme the equipment to run through specific series of exercises to meet the customer ’s exact requirements.
The layout of the training course, just like the exercise room, can be designed to suit your individual needs. A range of versatile individual elements is available: for instance, the trainees, fully clothed in respiratory protective gear, have to work their way through a series of obstacles which can be easily rearranged for greater variety. Heat zones, smoke machines and sound systems are available to simulate real- life conditions, while infrared cameras allow continuous monitoring of the entire area.
