The breathing air compressors are fully automatic and come equipped with all the required safety and control functions. For customers requiring low noise breathing air compressors, Dräger offers filling stations with various breathing air supply volumes. From the Mini-Verticus at 150 L/min to the Verticus V5 at
630 L/min, a compact, ready-to-install device featuring electronic control for fully automatic start-stop operation is available. Equipped with various connectors, filling strips permit safe and convenient filling of 200 bar and 300 bar compressed air cylinders. The pure breathing air is checked for even the slightest contamination, in accordance with the requirements of EN 12021. Any contaminants present will be detected within five minutes during a parallel measurement conducted by the Aerotest Simultan compressed air testing unit.
